My friend asked me to make two Mother's Day cards for her to give her mom & mother-in-law. She gave me some suggestions for the colours that each of them would like, and other than that, it was up to me. Her mom is my "second mother", so I was excited to be able to make her a card :)
I saw these cards on Little Birdie Secrets this morning and loved them, so they were my inspiration for this first card. I love all the little pieces of paper and stitching on the cards.

Aww thanks James! If I hadn't left my own cards until last minute (I still have 5 to make ... eek!) I would totally do some for you! If you give me a little more notice in the future, I will for sure do it! Although I'm sure you are very capable of making cute cards yourself!
