I wanted to share this card that I made for a little girl that is very sick.

 I hope it can bring a smile to her face.

 The CE July Challenge is to use no patterned paper. So everything on this page (other than the kraft paper) is fabric! It was a lot of fun to mix the two!
This layout also fits into CE's Crop Challenge #4 which is "reate a layout using item for not their intended purpose. Examples coffee filter flowers, cotton ball clouds, Popsicle stick fences, fabric as backgrounds."

This is one of my favourite pictures of my daughter and our dog, it makes me smile every time I see it!

I used my Glossy Accents on a page for the first time on the whale's spray and his eyes to make them look wet. Credit for a lot of the details of this page should go to my husband, he gave me lots of ideas and came up with the title! He doesn't know it yet, but he may be my go-to person from now on! :)

I had to use the flash since it is dark out, so I apologize for the glare (the flower at the top of page 2 is dark brown), but this is the first layout I have taken a picture of that shows up true to the colours it really is! I'm going to have to play around some more!
